What is a Browser Cache? Simply put, your browser keeps a temporary copy of various things such as images and other content necessary to run modern websites. These files are stored on your machine and improve your browser speed by referring to these cached objects rather than retrieving them again from the web. But in some cases this can mask recent changes that you want to be able to see. In this quick guide we will show you how to clear your cache on our supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.

Step 1: Navigate to your browser data control using Settings->Advanced->Privacy and security.
Step 2: Locate “Clear browsing data”
Step 3: Choose a time range of “All time”.
Step 4: Check “Cached images and files”.
- Feel free to check other items but it is not necessary.
Step 5: Click “Clear data”.
Step 6: Done! You can exit the browser settings now.
