File Name Length for Attachments on Roadmaps

Starting in version 1.8 the Finding Genius service allows attachments to be added to answers to Roadmap questions. The maximum file length name supported is 32 characters.  Also note that "exe" files are blocked from being uploaded due to security reasons. Otherwise, roadmap attachments can be up to 40MB in size.
